In a joint initial conversation, we will first clarify the following:

  • What is the reason for the consultation?
  • What is happening? What is coming up?
  • What is to be achieved?
  • Who is affected and in what way?
  • What has already been tried to reach the goal?
  • Who needs to be involved?
  • By when should the goal be achieved?

Regardless of whether it is business consulting, organisational consulting or organisational development, my consulting work is always based on systems theory. My consulting approach is solution-focused and resource-oriented. The declared aim is to support you in developing viable and future-proof solutions to achieve results. In line with a resource-oriented approach, I draw on your expertise and experience and guide you according to my principle: ‘As little and as briefly as possible – as much and as long as necessary.’ Depending on what needs to be solved and achieved, I choose the intervention formats and the specific methods, tools, techniques, models and frameworks. I make my decisions depending on what seems appropriate and useful in the specific context of the consultation.
